Donald Luzzatto is vice president for civic engagement. Before joining the staff in 2017, he was editorial page editor at The Virginian-Pilot. Previously, he was an editor in Virginia, Florida, Pennsylvania and Tokyo, Japan.  Don earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the College of William & Mary. He is president of the Downtown Suffolk Rotary Club and serves as a board member for the Suffolk Youth Athletic Association, where he also coaches soccer.
