Fees for Managing Funds


When you work with the Hampton Roads Community Foundation you have only modest administrative fees for philanthropic services that come from your fund. We strive to keep operating expenses at a moderate level while providing high-quality service to you.

You can expect fund administration, grant and scholarship services and all required reporting. In cases where special services may require direct costs to us, your fund will provide reimbursement in addition to the annual contribution made for general support.

Fees are based on the type of fund you have at the Foundation. The percentages shown below are applied to a fund's trailing 12-quarter average asset value calculated as of September 30 of the prior year.
